Itinerary

Day 1: Hike in the North Cascades and Mt. Baker Area

Arrive in Mt. Baker National Forest and meet your trip host and other trip mates at a local cafe, listed in your detailed itinerary which you can access via the AdventureTripr app after booking this trip. Depending on the time when everyone arrives, you can grab a picnic lunch by a beautiful waterfall, just a short walk from the parking lot and only about a 15-20 minute drive from your cabin. Then head out on an optional self-guided day hike near Maple Falls. The area boasts several scenic hikes to suit all skill and fitness levels. The details of the hike picked for the day will be available in your detailed itinerary. After a self-guided day of adventure, you will all check into your cabin.

Enjoy a rejuvenating evening with yoga led by your trip host, Sumedha.

Day 2: Go white-water rafting

Coffee brews at 7:30 am, and yoga starts at 8:30 am. After we enjoy a group of yoga followed by our simple breakfast, we'll gear up and head out on our daily adventure. Then, head to where you will meet up with your river guides for white-water rafting on the Nooksack River! You will weave your way through the Nooksack River and class III rapids, experience moments of serenity on the water, and surely enjoy lots of laughter along the way! Your rafting will include a picnic lunch where your guides will pull your raft onto an island for a fantastic make-your-own-sandwich spread.

This is a guided experience where all equipment is provided and no experience is necessary.  We will do some yin yoga in the evening.

Day 3: Hike near Bellingham and back

Enjoy one final yoga flow with Sumedha.

On this day you will check out of your accommodations and head to a local bakery to grab some amazing baked goods for breakfast and coffee. Then you'll have the option to head out on a self-guided hike before parting ways to return home.

Music, dancing, and group games are common and encouraged.
